3. Design Preview & Approval

Before production begins, Anlara may provide a digital preview for customer approval.

Once the customer approves the design and production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be accepted.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or other circumstances that may affect order fulfillment.

5. Production & Shipping

Each personalized item requires production time before shipment.
